Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms apply when you use Glucer, including glucer.com, the Glucer desktop app, and the Glucer Agent helper program (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Glucer.

1. Your account

2. What Glucer is

Glucer is an AI assistant. AI can be wrong, out of date, or misunderstand you. Check anything important before you rely on it. Glucer is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Computer access (important)

Glucer can optionally work on your computer through the Glucer Agent or the desktop app. If you turn this on:

4. What you may not do

5. Your content

You own what you type and upload. You give us permission to store it and process it (including sending it to our AI provider) only so we can run the Service for you. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

6. The Service can change

Glucer is provided "as is". We may add, change, limit, or remove features, and the Service may be unavailable at times, including for maintenance.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Glucer at any time. To delete your account and data, email us at the address below. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

8. No warranties and limits on responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Glucer is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not responsible for lost files, lost data, or other damage that results from using the Service, including actions you approve. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we'll tell you in the app or by email. Using Glucer after a change means you accept it.
